I was born on September 16,1969 in
Long Island, New York. I began playing guitar a month before my 16th
birthday. After playing guitar for six months, my practice regimen had
increased to 6-8 hours a day religiously. At this point I had decided
that this is what I wanted to do with my life. After I finished high
school in Long Island ,New York, I moved to Florida where I attended
community college and played guitar in the school jazz band. Two years
later I moved to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music. I graduated
from Berklee in May 1994 with a Bachelors Degree in Music . My major
while at Berklee was Professional Music with an emphasis on performance.
My main musical influences are Steve Morse, Stevie Ray Vaughan and John
McLaughlin.
I have been teaching guitar for 18
years and have been studying guitar for 21 years. I endorse Dunlop,
Seymour Duncan pickups, Peavey, GHS strings, Mesa Boogie, Danelectro,
Sans Amp, Larrivee Guitars, Emerald Guitars and Graph Tech. I freelance
and play various country, blues and jazz gigs in the New York area.
I have reIeased several CDs on my own as well as have been featured
on numerous other recordings. I make a living as a guitar instructor
and session guitarist in the New York area. My main goal is to try to
make a living at music for as long as I can and create music that is
from my heart.
